Bork was my answer to the assignment "top-down shooter". I love my dogs so I wanted to make a simple game inspired by them. here, you play as a knight guided by your fairy god-cat to go through the land of "bork-dom" and restore the doggos to their natural state by loving them. 
Made in unity through c#, the code, sprites & animations are my own work. The tilesets were outsourced from itch.io, "Resurrected RPG" and the music was given to me by my friend. I did make my own tilesets but did not have enough time to create enough for the levels. underneath the gameplay video is my concept art and my old tilesets.

Above are the ideations of my process. I originally wanted this project to stand for my artistic abilities in game. however, I went in too detailed with the tilesets and as a result my first attempt was quite ugly. the second attempt (pictured above to the left), was nice but not feasible for the scope. I also made the trees. 
I was originally going for an 'undertale' vibe for my main sprite. I discarded this as I didn't like giving a face to the character and went with a more anonymous knight look.
